Please read this contract in its entirety and please provide all information to each person traveling, as non-compliance may prevent us from accepting you or your group as a participant and we are under no obligation to accept your payments.
RESERVATIONS: Lodging rates quoted are based on Run of House (ROH) unless otherwise shown. Higher rates may prevail during peak or holiday periods. Cruise cabins are based on categories. All requests for space are subject to availability at time of booking.
PAYMENT: Tender of deposit constitutes the acceptance of these terms and conditions. All rates are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. A per person deposit OR a group deposit is required within seven days of booking. See your Confirmation for payment date(s)
Final payment for land tours is required 35 days prior to arrival date. Final payment for cruises is required a minimum of 60 days prior to sailing. There will be a $25 revision fee charged to all bookings for each change after deposit has been received.
PACKAGE PRICE INCLUDES: Prices include only items specifically stated in the brochure, proposal letter and / or confirmation. Operators/Suppliers have the right to substitute services or accommodations in similar categories. All rates in effect at time of printing are subject to change without notice. All prices are per person.
Please Note: In case of a human and/or computer billing error, we reserve the right to re-contract or re-invoice for the correct amount(s) without participants right of cancellation.
INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL - All US Citizens traveling to the Caribbean, Canada, or to Mexico via air must have a valid US Passport. For information concerning possible dangers at international destinations, contact the Travel Advisory Section US State Department (202) 647-5225 or access on-line at : (www. state. gov/travelandbusinss).

AIR TICKETS: Air tickets may be issued on a special promotional fare. These fares may require a minimum hotel stay or car rental. Other restrictions may apply. Lost tickets are not refundable. D&D Tours, Ltd., may increase trip price to the extent of actual cost increases without passenger's right of cancellation. Increases may be for any reason, including, but not limited to fuel or tariff increases. CHECK-IN, failure to check-in at least two hours prior to departure may result in denial of boarding and no refund will be granted. The passenger contract in use by airline concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airline and the purchaser(s) of the tour(s) or passenger(s).
CAR RENTALS: Fuel, oil, optional insurance, taxes, airport fees and extra hour charges are not included.
LUGGAGE: The travel limit is two pieces of baggage and one carry-on. Each piece of luggage may not exceed 60 lbs and dimensions of 62" linear. Skis and boot bags are usually permitted without extra charge as one piece. All luggage travels at the risk of participants.
DOCUMENTS: Will be mailed approximately 21 days prior to departure. For bookings made within 30 days of departure, an additional $25 will be charged for documents to be sent via overnight.
RESPONSIBILITY & LIABILITY
D & D Tours, Ltd. d/b/a D & D Ski & Tours and D & D Cruise & Tours and/or its agents act only as an independent contractor for the passenger(s) for accommodations, cruises, ski resorts, ground transportation, attraction tickets, sightseeing companies or other services contracted in arranging travel and vacation packages and assumes no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any act, omission, loss or injury to person or property however caused, nor for any additional expenses due to delays or changes in transportation services.
The responsibility of the airlines, cruise lines, tour companies Operator(s) or ground transportation used and Operator is strictly limited. Participant(s) also agree not to hold the airlines, cruise lines, ground transportation service(s) or Operator liable for circumstances beyond their control due to changes in schedule, force majeure, Acts of God, weather conditions, governmental actions, third parties, mechanical delays or other causes beyond the control of said Operator(s).
In the event of inclement weather or other causes or events beyond the control of Operator(s) which result in delays, it shall not be the responsibility of D & D Tours, Ltd., to pay for relating costs and expenses, including but not limited to additional lodging expenses, additional meal expenses or other similar expenses. The acceptance of travel arrangements is deemed to be consent to the above.
All tour services and accommodations are furnished by different suppliers. D & D Tours, Ltd., makes no guarantee or warranties, expressed or implied.
By signing this contract the participant or group acknowledges the potential inherent risks involved in all aspects of travel and hereby waives and releases D & D Tours, Ltd., from any responsibility; and further freely releases from any legal liability, D & D Tours, Ltd., their affiliates, employees, its owners, shareholders, directors, officers, agents, representatives and successors from any and all liability for damage, expense and injury or death to any person or property, accepting the full responsibility for any and all such damage, injury or death which may result.
CANCELLATIONS The right to a refund of a participant is limited. All requests must be in writing and must be sent to D & D Tours, Ltd., 1109 Fieldstone Drive, Canton, GA 30114. Penalties for late fees, airlines, cruise lines, ground services and lodging properties vary and are included as part of these Terms and Conditions.
TIME PRIOR TO DEPARTURE: Over 40 days - $25 per person/$300 per group (whichever is greater) plus cancellations fees and other charges that may be assessed by airlines, cruise lines and/or suppliers.
39 Days to 21 Days - $50 per person/$500 per group (whichever is greater) plus cancellation fees and other charges that may be assessed by airlines, cruise lines and/or suppliers.
20 days or Less - No refund unless provided by the supplier companies.
NOTE: Once travel begins, any change(s) made by a participant or group is the sole responsibility of the participant or group.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR UNUSED FEATURES OR DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS.
INSURANCE: Due to the increase in security regulations of transportation carriers to include stringent cancellation restrictions, the risk of lost or damaged luggage, and the risk of illness or injury, we strongly recommend the purchase of trip cancellation / trip protection insurance. I (or WE) have read and understand all Conditions of this Contract, and agree to its Terms and Conditions.
