David Denault has been involved in tour and travel management for 25 years. He moved to Georgia in 1985. David found a niche developing tours for schools and church groups and began marketing group motorcoach tours. Within three years his business developed into one of the largest travel wholesale companies in the Southeast. In 1989, his company was named the official ski tour operator for Eastern Airlines.

In 1991, he was recognized for his accomplishments by Who's Who of American Business Leaders. He sold his wholesale travel company a year later to pursue other interests including consulting.

David founded D & D Tours in 1993, which continues to specialize in group travel. His accomplishments were further recognized in the 1993 Platinum Edition of Who's Who Worldwide for his demonstrated leadership and achievements in the travel industry.

In June 2001, American Airlines, the world's largest air carrier, named D & D Ski & Tours as the official ski tour operator for the Southeast.

David holds two BA degrees from the University of South Florida in Tampa, and a Masters Cruise Counselor certificate from the University of Miami. He also has written and instructed a travel course at Kennesaw State University.

His professional credits include being a "Destination Specialist" in the Bahamas, Jamaica and Central America, and has earned a "Ski Specialist" certification.

The company is a member of two prestigious professional organizations. CLIA (The Cruise Lines International Association) and IATAN (International Airlines Travel Agent Network); and is a preferred agency of Carnival Cruise Lines, the largest cruise line in the world.
